Where to Play

  • Broadview Heights Gymnasium – Indoor play available year-round for Recreation Center members. Three nets set up daily, four when schools are in session (Oct–May). Located inside the Broadview Heights Community Building at 9543 Broadview Rd. View Day/Time Schedule
  • Outdoor Courts – Open play May through September at 8938 Broadview Rd, Tues–Thurs mornings (7am–noon) and Mon/Fri evenings (6–8pm). Bring your own gear and set up/take down the nets provided on-site.
  • Center Court Tennis Club, 1 Eagle Valley Ct – Offers indoor open play, leagues, lessons, and social events. Visit centercourttennisclub.com.

Lessons

City of Broadview Heights: Beginner lessons are offered in small groups (max 8 players) with a certified instructor. Classes are held Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Equipment available on-site. Registration and upcoming dates at broadview-heights.org.

Drills for Intermediate/Advanced Players: The city also has targeted skills classes held Wednesdays mornings.

Center Court Tennis Club: Private lessons available with a USPTA certified coach. (more info)

Events

City of Broadview Heights: Indoor leagues are offered on Fridays for beginners (4:45–6:45pm) and intermediate/advanced (6:45–8:45pm). Players rotate through four weeks of doubles play. Winners receive a $25 Rec Center gift card.

Center Court Tennis Club: Offers additional leagues and social events. Registration details available through centercourttennisclub.com.

Visitors

If you're passing through Broadview Heights and want to play, indoor open play is available daily at the gym, and outdoor courts are open May through September. Day passes are available at the Rec Center for non-members. Center Court Tennis Club also welcomes guests for open play and league registration.
